Welcome to The Booth Guy! By booking our 360 booth services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’re here to ensure your experience is unforgettable, fun, and hassle-free while also protecting both parties. Please read through these terms carefully.

1. Use of Media for Marketing

• By using The Booth Guy’s services, you grant us the right to use any videos or photos captured during your event for marketing and promotional purposes.

• This may include, but is not limited to, showcasing our work on social media, our website, and advertising materials.

• If you prefer certain videos to remain private, please notify us in writing before the event, and we’ll happily accommodate your request.

2. Booking and Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This ensures we reserve your date and customize your event experience.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than one day before the event.

• In the rare event of cancellation, your deposit may be transferable to another date (subject to availability).

3. Event Environment and Safety

• Our booth is designed for fun and safety; however, we kindly request that clients ensure the event space is:

  • Flat, dry, and secure to allow for proper setup.

  • Free of hazards that could endanger guests or equipment.

• The Booth Guy cannot be held responsible for:

  • Injuries or accidents that occur due to misuse of the equipment.

  • Unsafe environmental conditions at the event.

  • Any incidents resulting from guests’ actions while using the booth.

4. Liability for Equipment Damage

• We take great care to provide high-quality equipment for your event.

• Any damage to the 360 booth, camera, or accessories caused by guests’ negligence or misuse will be billed to the client.

• We promise to ensure all guests are guided on how to use the booth safely and respectfully.

5. Injuries and Liability Disclaimer

• While we prioritize safety and ensure our booth is set up properly, The Booth Guy is not liable for any injuries sustained by guests during the use of our booth.

• Guests use the booth at their own risk, and we kindly ask that they follow the instructions provided by our booth operator to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, or natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a suitable alternative.

7. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless The Booth Guy is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

• Refunds for other payments will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to our discretion.

8. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are expected to use the 360 booth responsibly and follow instructions provided by our friendly booth operator.

• The Booth Guy is not liable for:

  • Damage to personal belongings (e.g., phones, clothing, accessories) during booth use.

  • Unsafe actions taken by guests while on or near the booth.

9. Privacy and Data Sharing

• Any contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers) collected during the booking process is kept secure and will only be used for communication regarding your event or future promotions (with your consent).

• We do not share your personal information with third parties without prior approval.

10. Event Timing

• Our team will arrive 1 hour before your event to set up the booth.

• If there are delays on the client’s side that prevent the booth from operating on time, no extra time can be added unless agreed upon beforehand.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.

12. Friendly Disclaimer

• We are here to make your event unforgettable! While we’ll do our best to deliver an amazing experience, unforeseen technical issues or circumstances beyond our control can sometimes occur. In such cases, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
